One of our guests at Mansion de Chocolate came back the other day from the cacao tour with a discovery.  There is a natural pool on the farm with small fish that nibble dead skin off your feet.  Perhaps there can be a Nicaraguan version of a treatment that originated in Asia.  We are going to investigate it at the spa at Hotel Spa Granada.
The cacao tour is a full day excursion on horseback that includes a twenty minute boat ride through the isletas of Granada to the shore of a 3000 acre farm, most of wifikill pc which is virgin, but has seventy acres of planted cacao.  There tour participants can see cacao growing, being harvested, fermented, and drying.  One of the highlights is tasting the sweet pulp that surrounds the cacao seeds.
